BERNA TÜREMEN

She was born in Istanbul in 1945. She graduated from Istanbul State School of Applied Fine Arts in 1968. She opened her first solo exhibition in Istanbul (Melda Kaptana) in 1976. Berna Türemen, one of the important artists of Turkish Painting Art, participated in many solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad and received various awards. One of her important awards is the 1985 Gabrova Biennial Design Award. The art works of the artist are in private collections at home and abroad, in the Jordan-Amman Museum, the Lisbon Embassy, ​​the Bulgarian Gabrova Museum, and the Izmir DYO Museum. The works of the artist have been accepted to our museum by donation.
